Our Community-Based Support services provide assistance with activities of daily living to people with disabilities at home. We seek volunteer organizations that will help participants gain access to the care they need, alleviating the demands placed on the primary caregiver. Our Community-Based Support provides the following to the individuals we serve:
- Meal Programs
- Help with Grocery Shopping
- Laundry Services
- House Cleaning Services
- Community Bathing Services
- And more
